3THE RASPBERRY GIN RICKEY
 a. 1.5 oz. gin
b. 4 oz. club soda
c. 2 tbsp. simple syrup
d. Fresh raspberries
e. 2 tbsp. lime juice
Muddle two raspberries in the bottom of a highball glass. Add the rest of the ingredients
4together with ice. Garnish with a lime slice and more raspberries.
SUMMER FIZZ
a. 1.5 oz. Don Papa 7 rum b. .5 oz. ginger syrup
c. .5 oz. peach puree
d. .5 oz. lemon juice
e. 1 egg white
f. Soda top
Dry shake, re-shake with ice, top
with soda. Garnish with fresh
 What’s more enjoyable than a nice cold cocktail on a hot summer day. These cocktails are all the rage this summer. Try one out and imagine yourself enjoying it by the beach.

BASIL GIMLET
a. 4 cups cubed watermelon b. 1 750-ml bottle moscato c. 1 cup rum
d. Juice of 4 limes
WATERMELON SANGRIA
  ROSITA
a. 1.5 oz. mescal
b. .5 oz. sweet vermouth
c. .5 oz. dry vermouth
d. .5 oz. Campari
e. 1 dash angostura bitters Stir over ice and strain into an old fashioned glass. Wipe the rim of the glass with lemon or grapefruit twist.
a. 2 oz. Botanist gin
b. .75 oz. fresh lime juice
c. .5 oz. simple syrup
d. 3-5 fresh basil leaves
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with basil leaf.
e. Zest of 2 limes
f. 1 tbsp sugar
g. Lime slices for garnish
In a blender combine watermelon, moscato, rum, lime juice and zest, and sugar and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled. Garnish glasses with lime slices and serve.
