studio album. Expectations has been preceded by three singles, each of which have received millions of views on youtube. after the album’s release, Kiyoko will be playing coachella over the festival’s two weekends.

a case can be made for Friends or Seinfeld or mad about you as being the tV shows that de ned the 1990s, but it was roseanne that re ected the working class during the decade. the roseanne barr led series followed the conner family for nine seasons, through their ups and downs, and when it went off the air in 1997 it felt like we’d seen the end of it. thanks to several shows returning for revivals, roseanne is back for a tenth season, with the complete original cast, even John goodman, whose character dan was killed by a heart attack in the series nale. For the moment the nine- episode run is all that has been announced, but if the series is a hit, expect to see an eleventh season in the future.
