i crave the muscle burn you feel after a strength training session. a few exercises i won’t go a week without doing are barbell deadlifts, pullups, pushups (many variations), kettlebell swings and Goblet Squats.
free! this is easier to stick to long-term and will produce long-term results.
RS: We’re really impressed with CORE Conditioning’s Strong Girls Club. Can you tell us a bit about it?
MR: strong Girls Club is a program i recently started and am really passionate about. i feel
in today’s world of social media, celebrity influencers, selfies, filters and Photoshop, there is a distorted image of “perfection” in the world. i know how much fitness and exercise has helped me build self-confidence and feel good over my
RS: We’ve heard a lot about plogging, HIIT, group training, functional fitness, on-demand workouts, etc. What’s your take on these buzzed-about trends?
MR: i am not a fan of the “fad” workout or diet trend, mostly due to the huge claims that come along with them (lose 20 pounds in one week!). if someone tries out one of these
