From January 31 to February 13 2020, Toronto is not only in the middle of winter, but also in the middle of their annual Winterlicious event. It’s the time of the year where you can try some of Toronto’s best restaurants, without breaking the bank. Where you can try something new, or go back to something familiar. This year more than 200 restaurants are taking part in the event, offering three-course, fixed-prices meals for both lunch and dinner. The only problem is deciding where to go.
