This week, Toronto Women’s Fashion Week returned to the catwalks at One Yonge Street, and featured a bevy of designers who ranged from rising stars to beloved experts. From celebratory spirit at Farley Chatto to an empowering display from emerging local talent Lesley Talent, Real Style was in the front rows for all the action at TWFW Fall 2018.

Real Style caught up with designer Farley Chatto backstage at the 2017 White Cashmere show. The Toronto-based design talent, who is best known for his elaborate fur outerwear, was a designer judge at the annual fashion show. With his eponymous label marking its 30th anniversary, we spoke to Chatto about his favourite memories in Canadian fashion, the joys of teaching and the future of the business.

With Day 4 of the Toronto Fashion Week shows officially wrapped, the runways at David Pecaut Square showcased everything from architectural accessories to elaborate outerwear.
