Real Style Magazine’s November 2017 Issue With Laura Vandervoort Is Here Now
Just in time for the chilly temperatures of November, Real Style’s hot new magazine starring Laura Vandervoort is officially out. The gorgeous Jigsaw star last graced our cover in 2013, and returns four years later as our latest cover girl (page 18). This time, Vandervoort tells us all about the evolution of her acting career and her character in Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig’s new horror film.
Along with the Canadian star, we also chat with a number of other homegrown talents. Fredericton-born and Annapolis, Nova Scotia-based opera singer Measha Brueggergosman also spills on her recent memoir Something Is Always On Fire (page 16). Meanwhile, Toronto father and son designers Stephen Caras and Kyriako Caras (page 6) talk to Real Style about their sartorial inspiration and love of timeless elegance. Speaking of fashion, we also delve into the life and times of Canadian-born and South African-raised model Maye Musk (page 10). Far more than just the mother of Tesla founder Elon Musk, this ageless style icon is the newest face of CoverGirl. From her fashion journey to her upbringing, Musk has plenty of inspiration to share with us.
Film buffs will enjoy our review of the upcoming drama romance Call Me by Your Name (page 14), which stars Armie Hammer. As always, we offer the latest in beauty, runway trends and our personal style picks (page 12) for the month ahead.
Happy November, and remember to subscribe to our newsletter to enjoy the issue now!
