At the Los Angeles premiere of Alice Through The Looking Glass yesterday, star Mia Wasikowska looked stunning in an intricate Alexander McQueen Fall 2016 creation. The 26-year-old Australian-born actress, who plays titular character Alice in the upcoming Disney flick, was a true Hollywood sensation on the red carpet.

Wasikowska’s strappy black Gothic inspired dress was adorned with shimmering embellishment, along with sultry sheer detail. The contrasting gold metallic accents, softly trailing hemline and dainty V-neckline emphasized the look of her elegant frock. Meanwhile, a fitted waistline and bodice enhanced her slim and toned figure.

The blonde beauty styled her McQueen number with minimal accessories, in the form of a pair of graceful diamond studs. Other than the subtle ear candy, Wasikowska stayed away from bold bling and kept the focus on her eye-catching dress.

Wasikowska may play the quirky Alice in director James Bobin’s new film (which hits theatres on May 27), but she was polished and radiant at the film premiere. We’re admiring her black and gold gown, along with the understated sexy accents and shining detail which truly bring her dress to life.
