If you spent your winter flaunting long, wavy tresses, Spring 2017 just may offer an opportunity to twist your flowing locks into intricate, feminine braids. Like many seasons before, this spring also saw the resurgence of braids on the catwalks.

While intricate rope braids and fishtail plaits may have already stolen the spotlight, a new hairstyle has made a splash. Corset braids, which were spotted on the Lesley Hampton runway at Vancouver Fashion Week in September, have officially left their mark.
