Brooke Shields Sues Charlotte Tilbury Makeup
Brooke Shields is suing makeup brand Charlotte Tilbury as well retail stores including Sephora for selling an eyebrow pencil named “Brooke S” without her consent. The iconic actress well known for her signature eyebrows claims she was shocked to discover the name “Brooke S” on a Charlotte Tilbury Brow Lift Eyebrow Pencil.
“Brooke Shields’s career as a model, actress, author, and entrepreneur spanning decades has made Brooke (and her eyebrows) a household name,” Shields’ attorney, Alex Weingarten of Venable LLP said in a statement to People Magazine. “In fact, Brooke’s eyebrows have been her trademark since Time magazine declared her ‘the ‘80s look’ in 1981.”
