While luscious red lips and defined eyes are certainly a gorgeous look, Spring 2016 also calls for understated pinks and peachy hues. If you’re wondering how to bring light hues and playful pastels into your beauty regimen, you can always start by swapping your usual vampy hues for girlish shades. Whether you’re heading to prom or simply enjoying the sunset from a rooftop patio, here’s how to achieve a youthful and glowing peachy pink makeup look now.

1) Start off by applying liquid foundation: To easily master the season’s must-have glow, use your fingers to lightly dot liquid foundation on your visage. Next, use a beauty blender to carefully smudge in and blend the product.

2) Add a hint of soft beige eyeshadow: Start off by using a makeup brush to apply a touch of beige powder eyeshadow. As your next step, build your makeup look by adding a yellow orange shadow over the beige hue. Add hints of soft reddish brown and pale peachy pink shadow to enhance your eye look and create depth.

3) Line your eyes with dark brown eyeliner: In order to softly define your eyes, use a coffee brown eyeliner pencil. Use an eyeshadow brush to blend in the eyeliner to create a gentle effect. At this point, you can also add false eyelashes if desired.

4) Apply liquid concealer to achieve perfect skin: If you have blemishes or dark eyelids, use a liquid concealer to carefully camouflage the evidence. Smooth in the makeup using a beauty sponge, and add setting powder for a finishing touch. If you have sparse brows, you can also use brow powder and brow mascara to accentuate your arches at this point.

5) Define your lower eyelids with mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow: Next, use a nude eyeliner pencil to line your inner eyelids. Carefully smudge in tangerine-hued eyeshadow around your lower lash line, and then highlight your lower lashes with black mascara.

6) Sculpt your visage with bronzer and add a petal pink lip colour: As a final beauty move, apply a light and natural-looking bronzer to your cheekbones and forehead. Once you’ve achieved your ideal golden glow and perfected your skin, trace your lips with a petal pink lip pencil. Fill in your pout with a coordinating light pink lip gloss, and prepare to stun for a day of either work or play!
