Here’s how to achieve this gorgeous upswept style in just a few simple steps.

1) Start off by pinning back your loosely curled locks: To begin crafting your hairstyle, start by using a curling iron to slightly curl the ends of your hair. Next, take a thin section of hair by one side of your face and carefully twist it around to the back of your head. Use your fingers to loosen the twisted sections to produce a cool, textured effect. Repeat the process for the other side of your hair, roll this section into a bun and use bobby pins to secure your strands in place.

2) Twist your loose tresses into a bun: After you’ve fastened your twisted strands, take a free-falling section of hair at the nape of your neck and create a loose, twisted segment of hair. Next, incorporate this section into your curled hair bun, by winding it around the other pinned-up strands. Repeat this process for the rest of your loose hair, by also twisting this segment together and adding it into the bun.
