Although Kristen Stewart has previously starred as an actress depicting Coco Chanel in Karl Lagerfeld’s recent short fashion film Once and Forever, it looks like the 25-year-old actress is now set to join another Chanel initiative. Stewart has been named the new face of Chanel’s latest beauty campaign, which is called Collection Eyes 2016.
The actress has officially joined the ranks of model Gisele Bundchen, who represents the Les Beiges campaign, and actress Keira Knightley who is the current face of Rouge Coco lipsticks. As part of the new campaign, Stewart will be featured in a series of photographs taken by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino. According to WWD, the portraits are meant to showcase the different facets of a contemporary woman.
Stewart’s beauty campaign is set to launch in March. In the meantime, makeup addicts and fans of the actress can stay tuned for further details about the upcoming Chanel makeup campaign. We’re sure that it will feature an array of fierce, fabulous and fresh looks, staying true to the iconic French fashion house’s beauty range.
