for festival makeup, when her models rocked rainbow glitter eyeshadows and graphic liner on the runway. Christian Siriano opted for copper eyeshadows in what his makeup artist described as “Victorian Techno Goth.” So say goodbye to au naturel this summer; it’s time for bold shadows to shine.

Described as a modern apothecary, Leaves of Trees creates handmade products ranging from cleansers to deodorants. Made in small batches with all-natural ingredients, the Leaves of Trees line takes an artisanal approach to all its products. Dr. Roohi Qureshi founded the company after she was inspired on a trip to Morocco, where many of the brand’s ingredients are sourced. Qureshi, who has a Masters in chemical engineering, wanted to create a brand that combined good science with ethical practices. The Canadian company is passionate about their fair trade and cruelty-free products, keeping up with
the rise in socially responsible products. All the products are handmade in house at their headquarters in the Queen West area of Toronto, and are shipped worldwide. The agship opened
in 2014 and houses popular products such as their argan oils and all-natural deodorants. The versatile argan oils can be used on face, hair, body and nails. With scents like lavender and eucalyptus, it’s hard not to fall in love with this “liquid gold.”
