Get the LOOk: Apply one coat of base color (ZOyA robyn) and allow to dry. Cut up pieces of tulle into 2x2-inch squares. Working one nail at a time, apply a second coat of polish, allow it to set for 20 seconds, then rmly press a piece of tulle into the semi-wet polish. Add top coat to smooth the look, or leave sans top coat for extra texture.
