The Half-diet Diet: The Guaranteed Weight-loss Program That Reboots Your Body, Mind, and Spirit for a Happier Life by Richard Eyre, Familius: In this book (which was released on January 12), author Richard Eyre explains his new weight loss program. Staying true to its name, the Half-Diet is partially a mental strategy and partially a dietary change. The diet consists of three levels, with Level One: The Physical Diet aims to help readers understand their bodies and appetites. Meanwhile, Level Two: The Mental Diet teaches the importance of mind over matter. As the final level, Level Three: The Spiritual Diet aims to bridge the worlds of spirituality, mental strength and the body’s physical presence.
